Ajon Singh

Ajon Singh (born April 6, 1995 in The Bronx, New York) is an American screenwriter and executive producer. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in economics before spending several years working odd jobs while trying to sell his early screenplays. His breakthrough came with Primetime (2026), an A24 feature directed by Lance Oppenheim. The surreal, fever-dream thriller—starring Robert Pattinson as a TV journalist conducting sting operations—was written by Singh after extensive research into 2000s true-crime broadcast television. After being passed on by studios without a read, the script was championed by Pattinson, who joined the project as producer. Named one of Variety’s Screenwriters to Watch in 2025, Singh is currently co-writing an upcoming animated Spider-Punk spin-off feature for Sony Pictures.
