Phil Raiter (born Philip Raiter Delos) is a French actor, television broadcast director, photographer, and multidisciplinary artist whose career spans more than four decades across cinema, television, photography, publishing, music, and luxury high-heel design. Passionate about photography, cinema, and visual arts from an early age, he began working behind the camera on adult film productions in France during the late 1980s.
